We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-4 days production time for your order to send out; average shipping times are 4-5 days.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. It would be best if you shipped it back at your own expense; once we have received the product, we will refund the total amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.  

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at ADD EMAIL HERE. If the given address is faulty, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 4-5 business days.

 What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is defined as entirely unprocessed hair.

Can I dye and/or bleach my hair?
Yes, hair can be both dyed and bleached. We strongly advise that you go to a professional stylist to dye and/or bleach your hair.

 What is “Co-Wash”?
Co-wash is defined as washing your hair using only conditioner. This process replenishes the moisture your hair needs.

How many bundles of hair would you recommend for a complete sew-in?
The number of bundles of hair needed depends on the desired hair length and the style's fullness. We recommend two bundles for styles 16 inches or less and three bundles over 18 inches. Four bundles over 26 inches. You can contact us for a personal consultation before purchase if you need help deciding what will work best for your purchase.

 What are the Care Instructions for Virgin Hair?
Before installation, we recommend co-washing your virgin hair with an organic or silicone-based conditioner.

DO NOT BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHILE IT IS WET. When hair follicles are wet, they are More Vulnerable and Prone to Damage. If you brush while wet, you must have conditioner in the hair.
